摘要
本文从论述区域发展总体战略四大条件及国民经济与区域发展总体战略布局,不同区域各自的功能定位,相应地区域政策和健全区际良性互动机制切入,谈了作者学习胡总书记2月15日重要谈话的体会,指出贯彻落实区域发展总体战略,并以实践中积累的新经验,理论研究新成果,不断充实完善区域总体发展战略,是走向区域协调发展的必由之路。
The paper presents the author＇s reflection after learning General Secretary Hu Jintao＇s significant speech on February 25, which is achieved from the following aspects ： the four preconditions to develop regional economy, general strategies of national economy and regional development, the placement of different regions and the corresponding strategies and completion of international interaction mechanism. The paper also points out that the only way to harmonious development is to apply general strategies of regional development, the experience from practice and the new research result to the development.
