摘要
采用搅熔复合及半固态模锻法,研究了石墨颗粒增强Al基复合材料的制备工艺,并对石墨-Al基复合材料的强度、冲击韧性和耐磨性进行了试验研究。其结果表明,通过选择合适的工艺参数,可以很好地解决石墨与Al浸润性差和石墨易漂浮偏析的问题。所得石墨-Al基复合材料具有优良的抗摩擦磨损性能,是一种应用前景广泛的新型减磨材料。
The manufacturing process, strength, impact toughness and wear resistance of Al matrix composites reinforced with graphite are studied through melt stirring composing and semisolid die forging. Results show that problems with the separation of graphite and the bad infiltration between aluminium liquid and graphite can be solved effectively. The composites, possessing good friction and wear properties may represent a new antifriction material that can be widely used in the future.
