摘要
针对石墨与铝基体之间润湿性较差的问题,从石墨预处理和优化铸造条件两方面综述了目前主要的解决方案。石墨/铝基自润滑材料不仅具有铝基体比强度高、导热性好等金属特性,而且综合了石墨的自润滑性和良好的化学稳定性,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aimed at the problem of poor wetability between graphite and aluminium matrix,the treatment methods from graphite pretreatment and casting process optimization were summarized.Cast graphite-aluminium matrix self-lubrication material combines the high specific strength and good thermal conductivity of aluminium matrix and the self-lubrication and chemical stability of graphite,it has a broad prospect in application.
