摘要
目的:研究防风不同部位、不同粗细程度色原酮成分的含量情况。方法:按照商品防风的规格,采用RP-HPLC法测定升麻苷、5-0-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、升麻素及亥茅酚苷4种色原酮成分的含量,对不同部位(韧皮部、木质部,芦毛、芦头及根)和不同直径的防风样品进行质量分析。结果:4种色原酮的百分含量在韧皮部为1.0989%,木质部0.2512%,侧根0.3678%,主根细根(3～7mm)0.3588%,主根中粗根(7～10mm)0.2387%,主根粗根(10～18mm)0.1795%芦毛0.0090%,芦头0.0932%,根部0.3048%,各部位的含量均有显著差异(P<0.05)。;结论:栽培防风韧皮部、侧枝和细根的色原酮类成分含量较高,而芦头和芦毛的含量十分低,在实际应用中可以去除。
objective To study on the chromone content of cultured Radix Saposhnicovia divaricata about their different medicinal position and their different degree of thilkness, methods RP-HPLC method was used to determined prim-o-glucosyl-cimifugin ,5-o-methylvisamminal, cimifugin, see-o-glu-cosy-hamaudoland to analyze the quality of Saposhnicovia divaricata about their different position（bast , xylem,root hair , root head and root ） and their different degree of thickness, results Four chromone content were 1. 0989% in bast ,0. 2512% in xylem,0. 3678%in lateral bronch,0. 3588% in minor main root （3-7mm） ,0. 2387% in middle main root （7-10mm） ,0. 1795% in chick main root （10-18mm） ,0. 0090% in ）芦毛,0. 0932% in ）芦头,and 0. 3048% in root respectively. They had greatly diffremce （P〈0.05）. conclusion The chromone content of cultured Radix Saposhnicovia divaricata in bast , and the routine test index can be used to evaluate overall the puality of Saposhnicovia divaricata , the quality of our country＇s planted Saposhnicovia divaricata is fairly, amony them the AnTu and Xin Bin’s are best. lateral bronch, and in minor main root is higher than others. The content of chromone in root hair and root head is greatly low. we can eliminate them in reality use.
