摘要
"美特斯邦威"和"谭木匠"是来自不同行业的典型的草根型企业,但它们的发展具有共性。本文分析了两家企业如何利用外部资源,实施虚拟经营和信息化管理的共性特征。草根企业应善于利用外部资源实施虚拟经营,而信息化是实施虚拟经营的基础,企业信息化道路具有不同的路径选择。
Metersbonwe and Tan' s arpentern are the two typical private-owned enterprises in different fields, yet they have many similarities. In this paper, the author analyzes some of their common characteristics, such as how to make use of their external sources, how to implement virtual business and information-based management. Private enterprise should be apt to make use of their external sources to carry out their virtual business, while informationization is essential to the implementation of virtual business. Anyhow, different enterprises will choose different way to realize their information revolution.
