摘要
针对印刷机外围设备多分散、实时性和可靠性要求高等问题,设计了一种基于PROFIBUS总线与软PLC的分布式监控系统。本文介绍了分布式控制系统的总体结构、I/O从站的硬件电路、软件设计流程。给出了基于软PLC与PROFIBUS现场总线的分布式控制系统的网络模型及系统组态与调试的方法。
