微波消解/ICP-MS法测定海产品中总锡 被引量:12

Determination of Tin level in Seafood by Microware Dissolution and Inductively Couple ICP-MS Spectrometry

摘要 目的测定深圳海域海产品中总锡含量,以初步探明深圳海域海产品有机锡的污染状况。方法有代表性地采集深圳海域5个海区海产品,样品经HNO3+H2O2微波消解体系消解后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定总锡含量。结果所检测的28种共58个海产品样品中,以湿重计算的总锡含量最高的为0.48mg/kg,总锡平均浓度是0.168mg/kg,以牡蛎的总锡浓度水平为最高;其中在C海区采集的各类样品总锡含量均高于其它海区同类样品。结论深圳海域海产品中总锡含量总体偏高,并有一定的区域分布特点,提示深圳某些海区可能存在有机锡污染。 Objective To determine the contents of tin in seafood from the 5 sea areas of Shenzhen and to provide baseline data of organotin pollution. Method The seafood was sampled from the 5 districts in Shenzhen waters. The samples were digested by closed- vessel microwave HNO3 + H2O2 dissolution system, and the solution was directly analyzed by ICP-MS. Result The highest content of tin was 0.48rng/kg wet weight in the 58 tested samples, the average concentration was 0. 168 mg/kg wet weight. The tin level in the oysters was the highest, the tin level in the samples collected in the C waters was higher than similar samples collected from the other waters. Conclusion The content of tin in seafood is in a high level in Shenzhen, and shews regional distribution variations in a certain degree. The results reveal that there is a possibility of organotin pollution in Shenzhen.
