摘要
目的应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对维C银翘片中连翘苷进行含量测定。方法选用AgilentC18分析柱,以乙腈-水(22∶78)为流动相,检测波长为230nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃。结果连翘苷的线性范围为0.082～1.96μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.12%。结论HPLC法准确、回收率好,可用于维C银翘片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of phillyrin in Vitamin C Yinqqiao tablets by HPLC. Methods A Agilent C18 column（ 150 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm）was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile- water（22 ： 78）, with the detection wavelength of 230 nm, the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature of 30℃. Results The linear range of phillyrin was 0. 082- 1.96 μg （r =0. 999 9）. The mean recovery rate was 97.13%. Conclusion This method is accurate with good recovery.
