摘要
本文首先揭示了中国学术期刊的地区分布现状,并从各地区科技投入和产出两个角度展开评价,认为部分经济发达地区,普遍存在着投入强度大、产出率高,但人均拥有期刊数、单位经费拥有期刊数以及实际拥有期刊数偏低的现象,而西部虽然在科技人力和经费投入上很有限,但学术期刊则呈现出超前的发展势头。
This paper first describes the area distribution of Chinese scholarly journals, then does some evaluation from the input and output of scientific fund and manpower. The results show that some developed regions input intensively and output highly, but the per capita number of journals, the unit-oulay-owned journals and actual journals are low. On the other hand, the input of manpower and fund is limited, but academic journals appear to be ahead of the development momentum in western region.
