摘要
目的研究超声-酶法在黄柏中小檗碱提取中的应用效果。方法采用单因素实验和正交实验考察不同因素对超声-酶法提取黄柏小檗碱的影响,优选提取工艺条件。结果水浴时间2.5 h,超声功率80%,加酶25 ml,水浴温度60℃时提取率最高。结论超声-酶法应用于黄柏小檗碱的提取,具有提取率高、省时、高效、节能等优点。
Objective To study the application effect on extraction of berberine from Cortex phellodendri by ultrasonic wave - cellulase. Methods Based on the single factors test and orthogonal test the effect of different factors on extraction of berberine from Cortex phellodendri by ultrasonic wave - cellulase was studied, and extracting conditions was optimized. Results The best extrac- tion condition was that time was 2.5 h, the power of ultrasonic wave was 80 ℃ , the volume of cellulase was 25 ml, temperature was 60 ℃. Conclusion The berberine of Cortex Phellodendri is extracted by Ultrasonic wave - Cellulase , which can save time and enhance extract - efficiency, save organic solvent and reduce the use of energy.
