摘要
目的筛选千金藤素滴丸的制备工艺。方法运用正交实验优化滴丸的处方和工艺,确定最佳方案。结果80℃的滴制温度、60滴/min、药物基质比1∶2为最佳方案。结论优选出的最佳方案切实可行,成品率高。
Objective To optimize the preparing process of Cepharanthine dropping pills. Methods The technology of orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the percenage of drug in dropping pill, temperature of drug, dropping speed and decide the best dropping condition, Results The optimum dropping condition was as follow:the rate of Cepharanthine to matrix was 1: 2, the temperature of drug was 80℃ ,dropping speed was 70 drops per minute. Conclusion The technology is feasible with high productivity of the finished products.
