摘要
目的建立血中去痛片有效成分的薄层色谱法(TLC)和气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)的分析方法。方法样品分别在pH=2和pH=10两种条件下用乙醚萃取,比移值结合光密度扫描图TLC法定性分析,体内药物用GC/MS全扫描定性分析,选择离子扫描定量分析。结果在pH=2条件下非那西汀、咖啡因、苯巴比妥的提取回收率高于63%;在pH=10条件下非那西汀、咖啡因、氨基比林提取回收率高于66%。四种成分在薄层色谱法和气相色谱/质谱联用法中彼此分离良好。结论薄层色谱法和气相色谱/质谱联用法测定血液中去痛片的四种有效成分具有快速、简便、准确的特点,可用于去痛片中毒的法医学检验。
Objective To establish methods for determining the components of somedon in human blood by thin layer chromatography(TLC) and gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy. Methods The specimens were extracted with Ether at pH2 and pH10, respectively. The retention ratio of drug spots and the TLC spectrum scanning chart were used for qualitative analysis. The drug contents in the body were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by full-scan GC/MS and selected ion monitoring, respectively. Results The recovery rates of phenacetin, caffeine and phenobarbital were more than 63% at pH2, and the recovery rates of phenacetin, caffeine and aminopyrine were more than 66 96 at pH10. The results showed that the four main components were separated well by TLC and GC/MS. Conclusion The TLC and GC/MS methods in determining the four main components of somedon are rapid, convenient and accurate, and can be applied to the poisoning forensic identification of somedon.
