摘要
目的建立一种检测胃内容中去痛片成分的气相色谱-质谱联用法。方法胃内容前处理取5 g,加入10 mL丙酮水(8∶1),浸泡过夜,取上清液水浴(40℃)加热,加入6 mL乙酸乙酯,进行酸性、碱性提取,震荡10 min,8000 r/min离心5 min,合并有机相,氮吹仪吹干,加入200μL甲醇。色谱分析采用Agilent Intuvo 9000-5977B GC-MSD HP-5MS UI石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)。结果样品中的谱图与去痛片中氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因、苯巴比妥的标准物质谱图一致。结论去痛片成分较为复杂,本方法简单高效,结果可用于判断是否使用去痛片。
Objective To establish a method to determine the compound aminopyrine phenacetin tablets in stomach's contents by GC-MS.Methods For sample preparation,5 mL stomach's contents were put into 10 mL acetone water(8∶1),the mixture was soaked overnight,and the supernatant was heated in a water bath(40℃).Then,treat with 6 mL ethyl acetate extracting on the condition of acidity and alkalinity.Vibrated it for 10 min and centrifuged at 8000 r/min for 5 min,combined the organic phase,blow dry with nitrogen blower,and add 200μL methanol to be prepared.The chromatograph presented in the paper is Agilent Intuvo 9000-5977BGC-MSD HP-5MS UI with sieve PLOT column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm).Results The spectrogram of sample is as same as aminophenazone,phenacetin,caffeine,phenobarbital in anodyne tablet.Conclusion This method is simple and efficient,and the results can be used to determine whether to use aminopyrine and phenacetin tablets.
