摘要
目的对活体骨形态计量学的临床研究进展及应用予以综述和评价。方法从活体骨形态计量学的临床研究、临床应用、以及展望三方面进行综述。结果活体骨组织形态计量学方法对于在骨质疏松症的临床运用有着不可或缺的价值与意义。结论未来骨质疏松骨形态计量学研究是多方向、多学科的。骨生物病理学和药物的反应应被包括在内。
Objective To give a synthesis and evaluation of the current situation and progress to osteoporosis in the field of bone histomorphometry studies. Methods give an overview from metrology research values, basic research, clinical research, and preventive medicine research to osteoporosis in the field of bone histomorphometry. Results The method of the hone histomorphometry to prevent osteoporosis is of indispensable value and significance. Conclusion Future research should be multidisciplinary and bone patterns metrology sbould be included in the bone biological, pathological and drug response studies.
