摘要
宪法认识论是人们对于宪法现象的认知视角、评判逻辑和思维方式的总称。自近代以来,受科学认识论的支配,求真主义成为宪法认识论的唯一诉求。伴随着回归生活世界的时代呼唤,科学认识论主宰宪法认识世界的时代宣告瓦解,回归于人的生活世界,在认识论上实现从物本主义到人本主义、从理论逻辑到实践逻辑、从一元独立到多元并存的三重转变也因此成为当代宪法学的基本课题。
Epistemology phenomena and the way of th constitution is a constitutional theory of the inking constitutional perspective in cognitive and judgment logic. Since modem times, dominated by the scientific epistemology, the theory of the Epistemology Constitution in seeking truth has become the sole focus of attention. Along with the times calling for return to the living world, the scientific theory of understanding the world and dominating the Constitution times disrupted. Returning to the living world, the changes, in epistemology, from the humanism to the worship of materials, from theoretic logic to practice logic, from independent Individual to the coexistence of multiple triple change, have become the basic issues of Contemporary constitution.
