摘要
目的探讨产后尿潴留发生的原因及预防治疗护理措施.方法对52例发生产后尿潴留的原因进行分析.结果产后尿潴留的发生与产妇的产程延长、分娩产次、会阴情况、精神因素等原因密切相关.结论针对发生产后尿潴留的原因,采取积极的预防、治疗及护理措施是非常重要的.
Objective To discuss the cause of postpartum uroschesis and prevention and treatment of it. Methods To analyze the cause of postpartum uroschesis of 52 cases. Result There was a close connection be-tween postpartum uroschesis and prolonged labor, times of delivery, situation of perineum, psychological factor, and so on. Conolusion Addressing the cause of postpartum uroschesis, it is very important to take active pre-vention, treatment and nursing.
