摘要
由档案管理工作者的不作为而引发的案件时有发生,然而至今在《档案法》中,对于档案工作者本身的不作为却不做任何责任追究。如何看待档案管理中的不作为?应该从以下三个方面进行研究和探讨:建立责任追究制;建立督导机构;加强档案工作者的职业道德素质。
There ofter happened the cases caused by the nonaction of an archivist. But so far in the “Archivis Law”there＇s not yet any responsibility investigation toward such things. How to deal with the nonaction in archives.9 We can probe into the problem from the following three aspects： building up responsibility investigation system; establishing supervisory institution; strengthening the professional ethics of archivists.
