摘要
本文对企业档案人员招聘信息进行统计分析,使用Net Draw绘制档案人员招聘信息语义网络,分析岗位描述和任职资格要求的具体项目和档案职业的外部环境,得出档案职业技能缺乏明确的核心要求、企业档案职业化程度比较低、企业档案管理模式困局等诸多因素对企业档案管理工作发展造成制约的结论。
This paper uses content analysis to analyze the enterprise information archivists recruitment, then use NetDraw to draw semantic network of archivists Jobs, and further analysis the specific projects of job descriptions and qualifications required to archivists, finally the career external environment were analyzed. The article points out, the archive career is still a lack of clear vocational skills core; business profile is relatively low degree of professionalism; predicament enterprise file management mode restricts the development of enterprise file management.
