摘要
创建一流大学的实验教学中心,应有一支稳定的高水平实验教学队伍。通过分析山东大学医学院实验教学中心师资队伍的构建、现状及其存在的问题,提出加强与改善实验教学队伍建设的若干对策。
To build laboratory teaching center in an excellent university, we should have the steady and high level group of teaching staff. By the way of analysing status quo and problems in the constructing of staff in the labaratory teaching center of shandong university school of medicine, the article puts forward some countermeasures for reinforcing and improving the construction of teaching staff.
