哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗老年脑血管病患者吸入性肺炎的临床评价 被引量:11

摘要 目的:评价哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗老年脑血管病患者吸入性肺炎的有效性和安全性。方法:回顾分析63例老年脑血管病患者吸入性肺炎应用哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗的临床疗效、细菌清除率、安全性和临床分离菌体外药敏试验。结果:哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗老年脑血管病患者吸入性肺炎有效率为84%,痊愈率37%,细菌清除率为76%,不良反应发生率为8%,对分离菌对抗菌药物体外总敏感率为74%。结论:哌拉西林-他唑巴坦治疗老年脑血管病患者吸入性肺炎是有效和安全的。 Objective :To evaluate the efficacy and safety of piperacillin-tazobactam in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease complicated by aspiration pneumonia, netheds:Sixty-three elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease complicated by aspiration pneumonia who were treated with piperacillin-tazobactam were enrolled in this study, The clinical efficacy,bacterial eradication rate, and safety were adalyzed. Results:The effective rate and curative rate of piperacillin-tazobactam therapy were 84% and 37% ,respectively, The bacterial eradication rate was 76% , and the rate of adverse effect was 8%. Susceptibility rate of the isolated pathogens to piperacillin-tazobactam was 74%. Conclusion: Piperacillin-tazobactam therapy is effective and well-tolerated in elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease complicated by aspiration pneumonia.
