摘要
乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其发生发展的过程有多种基因的参与。HOX基因是一类调节基因家族，编码特异性核蛋白作为转录因子，调节胚胎发育过程中的形态发生和细胞分化。近年来多项研究发现HOX基因在乳腺癌中异常表达，提示其表达失调，可能与乳腺癌的发生、发展和转移有关。现重点对HOX基因与乳腺癌关系的研究进展作一综述。
Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women. Many genes are involved in oncogenesis and development of breast cancer. HOX genes are regulatory genes family encoding nuclear proteins that act as transcription factors, regulating aspects of morphogenesis and cell differentiation during normal embryonic development. The dysexpression of HOX genes in breast cancer has been recently reported, suggesting that the dysregulated HOX genes may be related with the genesis, development and metastasis of breast cancer. This review is aimed at introducing the advances of the correlation between HOX genes and breast cancer.
