摘要
目的 观察小剂量沙利度胺联合化疗治疗多发性骨髓瘤的疗效。方法 14例患者均给予小剂量沙利度胺联合化疗，沙利度胺的剂量为150～200mg／d．根据血清M蛋白和骨髓瘤细胞的减少及血红蛋白的升高判断疗效。结果 有效率为80％，不良反应小。结论 小剂量沙利度胺联合化疗治疗可作为治疗多发性骨髓瘤的有效治疗方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of low-dose thalidomide combined with chemotherapy together in curing mutiple myeloma（MM）. Methods 14 MM sufferers were selected to receive the above curative therapy. The dose of thalidomide was 150 - 200mg/day. The curative effect could be estimated through observing the decrease of serum myeloma protein and myeloma cells and the increase of hemoglobin. Results The observation result showed thai our curative scheme was rather good for MM in 80% and that no poison or side effects were found. Conclusion It proves that low-dose thalidomide with chemotherapy together can be taken as an effective curative therapy on MM.
