摘要
目的:探讨局部任意皮瓣修复恶性肿瘤切除后所致皮肤缺损的疗效分析。方法:选取2014年1月-2017年1月本院收治的恶性肿瘤切除后所致皮肤缺损患者60例。患者均给予局部任意皮瓣修复治疗并分析其治疗效果。结果:60例患者术后均无皮瓣坏死、切口感染等并发症;2例患者术后出现头皮下小面积积液囊肿,经积极抽取积液进行封闭注射治疗后痊愈;2例患者出现小面积皮瓣边缘发黑结痂,经过多次换药后Ⅱ期愈合,受区皮瓣成活率为100%,供区均Ⅰ期愈合;术后随访4~12个月,皮瓣部分毛发生长正常、外形及功能满意、切口无瘢痕增生,且皮损无复发。结论:局部任意皮瓣可有效修复恶性肿瘤切除后所致皮肤缺损,具有外形美观、皮损切除和创面修复一次完成、无复发等优点,值得临床做进一步推广。
Objective：To discuss the effect of local free flap for the repair of skin defect after resection of malignant tumor.Method：A total of 60 patients with skin defects caused by resection of malignant tumor from January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected,all patients were given local free flap for repair and analysis of the therapeutic effect.Result：There were no complications such as skin flap necrosis and incision infection after operation in 60 patients.2 patients with small area of the hydrocysts below the scalp after operation,after the active extraction of the effusion,they was cured.2 patients with small area of skin flap with black scab,Ⅱ stage healing after many changes of medicine,the district flap survival rate was 100%,the donor area was stage Ⅰ heal.After 4-12 months of postoperative follow-up,the skin flap had normal growth,satisfactory appearance and function,no scar hyperplasia,and no recurrence of skin lesions.Conclusion：Local free flap can effectively repair the skin defect after the resection of malignant tumor,it has the advantages of beautiful appearance,skin lesion resection and wound repair at one time,and no recurrence,it＇s worth of further clinical promotion.
