摘要
通过电子束辐射技术对纤维素浆粕进行预处理,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射仪分别对电子束辐射前后的纤维素浆粕进行红外光谱测试、表面及孔隙的分析以及广角X射线衍射(WAXD)实验,并通过纤维素铜氨溶液法测定纤维素浆粕经电子束辐射前后的聚合度。结果表明:电子束辐射使纤维素浆粕的聚合度降低,分子量分布变窄,纤维素分子链中出现了羰基;电子束辐射对结晶度影响不显著,辐射后反应试剂的可及度大大提高,反应性能明显提高。
The cellulose pulp was pre-treated with electron beam irradiation technology. The infrared (IR) spectra testing, the surface and void analysis and the wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) experimentation of the cellulose pulp before and after the treatment were carried out by using FT-IR spectrum, scanning electronic microscope and X-ray diffraction apparatus respectively, and the degrees of polymerization of the cellulose pulp before and after election beam irradiation treatment were measured by the method of copper ammonia solution. The results show that electron beam irradiation results in the degree of polymerization of cellulose decreasing, molecular weight distribution narrowing and appearance of carbonyl in molecular chain of the cellulose. Electron beam irradiation has insignificant influence on crystallinity, whereas the accessibility and the reaction activity of cellulose increase greatly after the treatment.
