摘要
通过X衍射法、铜氨溶液法等测试和分析了亚麻纤维的微观结构、化学成分对其染色性能的影响。实验表明 :亚麻纤维结晶度 70 %左右 ,棉纤维 5 0 %左右 ;亚麻纤维的取向度 90 %以上时 ,棉纤维6 0 %左右 ,亚麻纤维的取向度远高于棉纤维。纤维的结晶度越高 ,取向度越高 ,纤维溶胀越困难 ,染色时染料渗透越困难 ,上染率越低 ;另外亚麻纤维含有较高的杂质 。
This paper reports the study of the effect of microstructure of flax on its dyeability with X diffraction and cupri-ammonia methods. The results show that crystallinity of the flax is about 70 percent, that of cotton is about 50 percent, crystallinity and orientation index of flax is higher than that of cot ton. The higher the crystallinity and orientation index of flax, the more difficult the deforming of fiber is, which makes dyes permeating difficult, and the exhaustion becomes worse. On the other hand, the amount of foreign matter in flax is higher than that in cotton, affecting unfavorably to the dyeability for flax.
