摘要 研究了分布式测控网络(DTCN)应用于60个360m3啤酒发酵罐群发酵过程的测控系统;系统的组成、软硬件结构及实现高精度测控等关键技术。通过对实际运行观察和对实测数据分析表明,该系统具有结构简单、运行可靠、性价比高等优点,可满足啤酒发酵过程的要求。 The distributed test and control network (DTCN) was used to monitor the fermenting process of 60 beer fermenting pots (the capacity of each pot was 360 m^3). The composition of such system, the structure of the software and the hardware, and the key techniques to achieve high-precision test and control were introduced in this paper. The practical operation of the system and the analysis of the collected data proved that DTCN could meet the requirements during beer fermentation and it had the advantages including simple structure, safety anti reliable operation, and satisfactory performance but low cost etc.
