摘要
采用AgNO3活化剂代替传统的PdC12进行化学镀银包覆玻璃纤维,探讨了化学反应的可能机理,研究了粗化液对玻璃纤维化学镀银层的影响。用电子探针观察分析了镀层的表面形貌和元素成分,X射线衍射仪表征了银包玻璃纤维。结果表明,采用5gNH4F+3mLHC1粗化液粗化,硝酸银活化,施镀30min时,可获得镀层结合紧密,成分均一的银包玻璃纤维。
AgNO3 was used as an activator to replace conventional PdC12 activator for the electroless silver plating of glass fiber.The possible chemical reactions in the electroless plating were explored,while the effect of the coarsening liquid on the properties of the electroless Ag coating was studied as well.Moreover,the morphology and elemental composition of the Ag coating were analyzed using an electron microprobe,while the phase composition of the Ag coating was examined by means of X-ray diffraction.The results showed that it was feasible to prepare Ag-coated glass fibers with good coating-substrate adhesion and uniform composition by electroless Ag plating for 30 min in the presence of AgNO3 solution as the activator and 5 g NH4F plus 3 mL HC1 solution as the etching liquid.
