摘要
根据对水口结瘤的剖析,讨论了水口结瘤的机理。阐述了投入法和喷射法加钙工艺及处理结果。按照工业生产钢水中钙和铝的含量,确定发生水口结瘤的 Ca/Al 范围为0.03~0.09,并且发现当钢中钙增加,钢水流动性改善。
Based on dissection of nozzle skull,the mechanism of nozzle clogging is discussed.The cal-cium-adding process by dropping and injecting and their results are described.According to theanalysis of industrial data of calcuim and aluminium contents in steel,it has been determinedthat when the calcium to aluminium ratio is between 0.03 and 0,09,the clogging cccurs.It isalso found that,the fluidity of steel improves with the increase of its calcium content.Analysis of nozzle clogging on 300 ton ladle that the fluidity of steel improves with theincrease of its calcium content.
