摘要
试验选用35日龄自然发病的肉鸡腹水症患鸡100只，随机分为2组，Ⅰ组为喂中药组，Ⅱ组为不喂中药组；另选50只健康肉鸡为对照组（Ⅲ组）。Ⅰ组每日按 1g／kg体重浦加中药，分2次伴料，连喂5d。喂药第2，5d各组同时剖检，测定心包液、腹水、血液指数和组织合水量。结果发现：“用药3d后，Ⅰ组鸡心包液和腹水量明显低于Ⅱ组（P＜0．01），肝组织含水量显著减少（P＜0．05）；用药后5d，Ⅰ组鸡红细胞压容、红细胞数及心、肝、肺组织合水量比Ⅱ组均显著降低（P＜0．05）。试验表明，党参、黄芪等补气药都有效改善腹水症肉鸡血液流变特性，提高机体的抗缺氧能力。
This experiment on falling ill in broiler ascites syndrome, 100 chichen at the age 35 days were chosen and divided into 2 groups. Group Ⅰ was fed herb medicines while group Ⅰ not. o Another group (group Ⅲ ) was a contrast one,consisting of 50 healthy chicken. Group Ⅰ was given herb medicines (lg/kg weight/day )by feeding for 5 days;the pericardium fluid,ascites,blood indexes and tissue moisture were examined on the 3rd dnd fifth day respectively. The results showed, pericardium fluid and ascites of group Ⅰ on 3rd day was obviously less than that of group Ⅱ (P<0. 01),and liver tissue moisture also less than (P<0.05);chicken's ergthrocyte specific volume and number, heart liver and lung tissue moisture of group Ⅰ on the 5th day was less than that of group Ⅱ (P<0. 05). The result showed herb medicines could improve effectively the flowing changes characters of blood of broiler ascites syndrome,and the organism resistance to unsufficient oxygen,was also improved.
