摘要
对目前国内各玉米产区应用的191份玉米杂交种,应用人工注射接种的方法进行抗灰斑病(Cercosporazeae-maydisTehon&Daiels)鉴定与评价,筛选出对灰斑病表现1级高抗(HR)的杂交种3份、3级抗病(R)的杂交种43份和5级中抗(MR)的杂交种68份。在玉米产区多数杂交种表现为中等抗病或感病,表现高抗的玉米杂交种较少。
During 2004 - 2006, a total of 191 maize hybrids had been evaluated for resistance to gray leaf spot （Cercospora zeae-maydis Tehon ＆ Daiels） by using a syringe inoculation in the field. Three highly resistant and forty-three resistant and sixty-eight moderately resistant hybrids were screened for the disease resistance. Amount of tested hybrids, most of them showed the moderately resistant or susceptible to gray leaf spot, and the highly resistant hybrids was less.
