摘要
随着现代生活大规模的延展,大量构成地方特色的历史性建筑被一扫而光。从历史性建筑再利用的可行性角度进行调查分析,结合国外实例,说明大拆大建在各方面造成的不可复原的严重伤害,呼吁社会对于历史性建筑的改造与再利用给予更多的理解与重视。同时提出历史性建筑精神意义这一保护概念,从全新角度看待历史性建筑保护的可操作性。
With the large-scale extension of modern life, a large number of historic buildings with local characteristics were destroyed. This thesis demonstrates from the feasibility angle of the historic building reusing, analysis of foreign examples, in order to clarify the serious injury caused by immoderation destroy, and called on the community to treat the historic building with a greater understanding and recognition. The new concept of the Spiritual Meaning which was contained in the historic building was tabled in this thesis. From this way we may judge the maneuverability of sustainable development of the historic building from a new angle.
