徐州户部山,是徐州城市重要的历史街区地段,该文通过对其开发利用状况的分析,指出其保护与再利用后的新魅力与尴尬处境,进而探讨城市历史性街区保护与再利用中的“形”与“魂”的内涵；强调历史街区物质实体的“形”应与城市场所精神的“魂”相符是其成败的关键。同时,重视“活力激发元素”在激发历史性街区的活力、促进“形”与“魂”的统一中的重要作用。
