摘要
γ-谷氨酰半胱氨酸合成酶(γ-GCS)是谷胱甘肽(GSH)合成的限速酶,其表达水平与活性对支气管哮喘(哮喘)有重要意义,核因子相关因子2(NF-E2 related factor2,Nrf2)能调控γ-GCS的表达。细胞外信号通过细胞内Keapl、Bachl、PERK等多种因素调节Nrf2的活性,而导致γ-GCS的活性改变,最终使得GSH含量改变,而参与哮喘发病过程。
The expression level and activity of gamma-glutamyl-cysteine synthetase(γ-GCS) ,which is the rate-limiting enzyme catalyzing GSH biosynthesis,plays a critical role in the bronchial asthma(asthma), NF-E2 nelated factor2(Nrf2) can regulate the expression of γ-GCS. Extracellular signals can modulate the activity of Nrf2 via many intracellular factors such as Keapl,Bachl, PERK, resulting in alteration of γ-GCS activity and finally changing the level of GSH,thereby they take part in the asthma development.
