摘要
目的探讨18F-脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描(18F-fluoroethyl-2-deoxy-D-glucose positron emission tomography,18F-FDG PET)在垂体微腺瘤诊断中的意义。方法回顾性分析16例垂体微小占位患者的临床资料,其中,垂体微腺瘤14例,垂体增生1例,垂体囊肿(Rathke囊肿)1例,比较其MRI、18F-FDG PET检查结果及手术所见。结果在18F-FDG PET显像中,垂体微腺瘤表现为均匀的放射性摄取增高,与MRI和外科手术中发现的肿瘤位置相一致;垂体增生和Rathke囊肿不摄取。在14例垂体微腺瘤中,MRI检出10例(71.4%),18F-FDG PET检出12例(85.7%),两者相结合共检出14例(100%)。结论18F-FDG PET显像可以清晰地显示垂体腺瘤,与MRI相结合可以提高垂体微腺瘤的阳性发现率,并对鉴别垂体增生和Rathke囊肿有一定的帮助。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the use of 13-2- [^18F]fluoroethyl-2-deoxy-D-glucose (^18F-FDG) positron emission tomography (PET) in diagnosis of pituitary microadenomas. METHODS The clinic data of 16 patients with pituitary masses were retrospectively studied. Among them, 14 were microadenoms, 1 was pituitary hyperplasia, and 1 was Rathke's cyst. The results of ^18F-FDG PET, MRI and operation founding were compared. RESULTS The pituitary microadenomas showed homogeneous uptake of radioactivity in ^18F-FDG PET. The pituitary hyperplasia and Rathke's cyst were negative in ^18F-FDG PET. Among 14 pituitary microadenomas, the positive rates were 71.4 % and 85.7 % in MRI and ^18F-FDG PET scan respectively, but 100 % when the two methods were binding. CONCLUSION Pituitary microadenomas can be showed clearly on ^18F-FDG PET. When binding with MRI, it could improve the positive rate of pituitary microadenomas, and help to differentiate pituitary hyperplasia and Rathke's cyst.
