摘要
羧酸酯酶(CaEs)水解众多内源和外源含酯的化合物。羧酸酯酶在代谢抗性中,起着解毒包括拟除虫菊酯、有机磷、氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂的重要作用。主要从酶的命名、催化机理、杀虫剂代谢以及昆虫代谢抗性等方面进行阐述,并指出未来CaEs在药学上的研究会推动其在农用化学品上的研究。
Carboxylesterases are a group of related enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of a vast number of estercontaining endogenous and exogenous compounds. They are involved in detoxification of numerous insecticides, including pyrethroids, organophosphates, and carbamates. This review covers enzyme nomenclature, catalytic mechanism, insecticide metabolism and role in insecticide resistance. In addition, the positive effect of the pharmaceutical-based research on agrochemical-based research are also described.
