摘要
针对目前激光打孔过程中存在的问题,采用遗传算法对激光打孔路径进行优化。建立了路径优化目标函数模型,对激光打孔路径优化总体设计,遗传算法的实现所需要的适应度函数、选择算子、交叉算子、变异算子等遗传操作进行了说明,并通过实例说明,采用遗传算法对激光打孔路径进行优化,可以显著地提高激光打孔加工效率。
Based on the problem of laser drilling process at present, path of laser drilling was optimized using genetic algorithm. Objective function of path optimization was constructed, the frame of path optimization was designed. Fitness, selection operator, crossover operator, mutation operator of genetic algorithm were all explained. And by an example, the path optimization on laser drilling based on genetic algorithm can improve the machining efficiency evidently.
