摘要
创新人才培养是大学教育的核心因素。如何培养创新人才,是值得深入探索的。但探索的前提是明确培养创新人才的意义、内涵。在此基础上,提出了建立适合创新人才培养的文化内核、革新机制、个体实现等5个与教育理念有关的建议,指出创新人才培养是渐进与突变的过程,需要教育工作者有足够的耐心和毅力。
The creative talents training is the college education core factor. How to train the creative talents is worth exploring. This paper put forward five proposals about, the creation of a culture core of creative talents training, innovative mechanisms, and other individuals to achieve the educational concept, that creative talents training is a gradual process of mutation, the need have sufficient patience and perseverance to educate workers.
