摘要
本文通过对数字图书馆价值链的构建,以及对基于用户需求的数字图书馆价值链的分析,得出结论:数字图书馆的核心价值活动已转为充分满足用户需求,为用户创造价值。
This paper constructed the value chain of digital library and analyzed the value chain of digital library based on users＇ need, then concluded that the core value activity of the digital library has changed to fully meet users＇ need and create value for users.
