摘要
目的探讨敌敌畏(DDVP)纳米乳剂、普通乳油的施药量对德国小蠊抗性相关酶活性影响的差别。方法紫外分光光度法、酶标仪法测定相关酶活性,SAS、SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果两种剂型的浓度与乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)的抑制率均呈正相关(P<0.05),两种剂型的浓度-酶(AchE、GST)抑制率回归直线之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当DDVP纳米乳剂施药浓度高于0.002%时,碱性磷酸酯酶(BpE)的活性受到抑制,而DDVP乳油各施药组与对照组相比,BpE活性无显著性改变。结论相同浓度下DDVP纳米乳剂对德国小蠊AchE、GST和BpE活性的抑制作用比普通乳油要强。
Objective To contrast difference between the effect of various concentrations DDVP and nanoemulsion to the acetylcholine esterase (AchE) , glutathione-s-transferase (GST) and base phosphastase (BpE) activity of Blattella germanica. Methods All enzyme activities were measured by visible spectrophotometry and kinetic microplate. SAS and SPSS soft were used for statistical analysis. Results Acetycholine esterase and glutathione-stransferase activity of Blattella germanica decreased correlated with the concentration of DDVP and nanoemulsion. There were significant difference between DDVP and nanoemulsion. Base phosphastase activity of Blattella germanica decreased with the concentration of nanoemulsion when the concentration was over 0. 002%. Conclusion The effect of nanoemulsion to acetylcholine esterase, glutathione-s-transferase and base phosphastase activity of Blattella germanica was larger than those of DDVP.
