摘要 社会的发展和医疗技术的进步,对医院的质量管理提出更高的要求。卫生行政部门借鉴国内外优秀质量管理标准和经验,建立了一系列医院评审标准,从1989年开始对医院进行强制认证,合理、有效地评价医院的医疗质量,使医院以病人为中心,促进了医院管理、决策、服务的水平。但由于医院内部管理、工作人员对评审标准的认识不一致,导致在评审应用过程中消极、浮夸等现象均有发生。因此,医院质量管理应从强制评审向以自我评估为主,独立评估为辅的方式转变,促进医疗质量的持续改进。 The progress of the development and medical technology of the society enables customers such as the society, medical insurance, patient,etc., the quality control of the hospital puts forward higher requirement. The administrative department of the hygiene uses domestic and international outstanding quality control standard and experience for reference, set up a series of hospital evaluate standard, go on authentication of forcing to hospital since 1989, appraise medical quality of the hospital, make the hospital regard patient as the centre reasonably and effectively, promote total quality control of the hospital, lasting quality to improve, improve the management, decision, service level of the hospital. Because management, staff members, to evaluating the understanding of the standard is inconsistent inside the hospital, lead to the fact passivism, exaggerating in the course of evaluating and employing, lasting quality improve, improve phenomenon of service ability have, take place. From evaluating by force to relying mainly on assessing oneself, change in a manner to assess in order to be complemented independently, promote the lasting improvement of medical quality.
