摘要
公共关系危机管理是企业面对危机状态的公关处理过程,即处理危机事件过程中的公共关系。危机无处不在无时不有,因此,如何预防和控制危机成为企业极其重要的任务之一。危机包含着危险和机遇两层含义,危机也是企业的一个转折点,有效的危机管理为企业发展提供机遇,成功地处理好危机则能为企业赢得声誉,树立企业形象,也给企业的发展创造机会。
Public relation crisis management is a crisis--solving process when the enterprise experiences crisis in public relations, in other words, it is about how to manage the public relations during the crisis event. Crisis happens in any places and in any time, therefore, how to prevent and control crisis becomes one of extremely vital tasks for enterprise. Crisis contains two layers of meanings in terms of danger and opportunity, and it is also a turning point for the enterprise. Effective crisis management provides opportunities for development while a successful settlement of crisis not only wins prestige for the enterprise and builds up enterprise image, but also it provides the enterprise the opportunity of development.
