摘要
简要说明了DC/DC混合集成模块的原理与特点,介绍了一些国内外主要混合集成DC/DC转换器生产厂家及其产品,在此基础上分析当前混合集成模块的一些主要技术,最后分别从电路拓扑和工艺上进一步总结DC/DC混合集成模块的发展趋势。
This paper briefly presents the principle and characteristics of hybrid integration DC/DC module, introduce some of the best research institutions＇ products and specifications at home and abroad. On the basis of these, we introduce some of the major technologies used in this field, and forecast the development tendency on hybrid integration DC/DC module from both circuit topologies side and technical side. This paper provides some of guideline and reference on choosing appropriate hybrid integration DC/DC module.
