摘要
利用直线电机直接驱动采油设备,其效率明显比常见方法高。现有直线电机抽油泵在设计中采用了柱塞泵,由于受井下空间制约及直线感应电机的功率因素较低、出力有限,使泵挂深度受到限制。通过调研和现场试验发现,现有直线电机在参数确定、散热、密封以及电机防护等配套措施方面存在不足。分析了系统设计中的关键技术,进行了新型直线电机采油泵结构方案设计,使结构和功能更加完善、可靠。
Linear motor-driven equipment production efficiency is improved greatly than that of common method. The piston pump is used in the existing linear motor pump. While the space is limited in down-hole, and the linear induction motor power factor is very low, the strength is limited. So it will limit the depth of the pump setting depth. This paper has analyzed the key technologies in the system design. Through study and field tests, it has found that there is certain lacks in existing technology, such as the parameters, heat dissipation and protection measures of the motor. It has carried on the work of the new type linear motor mining pump structure designing. Its structure is more perfectly and reliable than ever.
