摘要
在高含水油田的开发中,为保证油田稳产,采油能耗成本提高,因此,节能降耗的重要性日益突出。永磁同步潜油电机对于降低采油成本,提高节能效果具有重要作用。本文提出并研制了永磁潜油电机,分析了永磁电机的工作原理、结构工艺,进行了室内及现场实验。结果表明,该电机可以扩大潜油电泵排量的调整范围,寻找潜油泵的最佳工况点,与异步变频潜油电机相比,节能效果显著。
In the exploiting oil fields in the stage of high water-cut,to stabilizing the oil field productivity,the energy consumption cost becomes higher and higher.Therefore,the energy conservation and cost reduction becomes the focus.Permanent magnet synchronous submersible motor plays an important role in the energy conservation and cost reduction.In this paper,the permanent magnet motor is designed.The working principle and the construction are presented,furthermore the indoors and outdoors experiments are carried out.Experimental results show that the motor can expand the adjusting range of the submersible pump,which facilitates determining the optimum working state.Compared with the asynchronous submersible motor,the effects of energy conservation is conspicuous.
