摘要
收集了国内10个厂家生产的驱油用PAM样品共13个,以法国SNF公司的2个样品为对比,检测了这些样品的基表性能:固含量、水解度、特性粘数和分子量、过滤因子、水不溶物含量、残余单体含量、溶液表观粘度。从合成生产工艺和技术上探讨了大部分国产PAM粉剂产品分子量较低、过滤因子(水不溶物含量)较高的原因。
13 home-made commercial partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide samples from 10 factories are collected and evaluated in laboratory as EOR polymer for solid content, hydrolysis degree, characteristic viscosity and molecular mass, filtration factor, content of water-insoluble substances, monomer residue, and apparent solution viscosity in comparison with two SNF's HPAM samples. It is shown that as EOR polymer Daqing' s commercial HPAM is qualified and most of home-made HPAMs arc not qualified owing to their lower molecular mass and higher filtration factor, caused by unpropcr hydrolysis and drying processos and apparatus.
