摘要
目的:观察肾阳虚大鼠睾丸生精细胞凋亡相关基因bcl-2和bax表达的变化。方法:选用雄性SD大鼠,每日用腺嘌呤(200mg/kg)灌胃,连续30天,造成肾阳虚生精障碍模型大鼠。采用免疫组织化学方法观察bcl-2和bax的表达情况。结果:与正常大鼠比较,模型大鼠睾丸生精细胞bcl-2的表达显著下降、bax的表达显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:睾丸生精细胞凋亡相关基因bcl-2和bax表达的改变可能是肾阳虚大鼠生精障碍的原因之一。
Objective: To observe the expression of apoptosis related genes bcl-2 and bax of spermatogenic cells in shenyang-defected rats testis.Methods: Male SD rats were applied in this study and adenosine (200mg/kg/d) was given to the rats to make shenyang-defected spermatogenesis disturbance model rats. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of bcl-2 and bax of spermatogenic cells in testis. Results:Compared with normal rats, the expression of bcl-2 of spermatogenic cells in model rats testis was obviously decreased and the expression of bax was obviously increased (P〈0.05). Conclusions:In Shenyang- defected rats, the changes of apoptosis related genes bcl-2 and bax maybe one of the reasons of spermatogenesis disturbance.
