摘要
提出了一阶导数紫外分光光度法直接、同时测定水中NO_3 ̄-和NO_2 ̄-的方法。NO_3 ̄-和NO_2 ̄-的测定灵敏度较其它同时测定的方法分别提高8~18倍和9~12倍,NO_3 ̄-和NO_2 ̄-的最低检出限均为0.01μg/ml。对合成样品分析,其相对误差<±2%,交异系数<3.8%。对河水、湖水、饮用水进行加标回收实验,NO_3 ̄-和NO_2 ̄-的回收率分别为95.3%~101.3%和97.7%~104.2%,与标准方法进行对照分析,t检验结果表明,本方法与标准方法相比无显著性差异。
The method of direct and simultaneous determination of nitrate and nitrie in water is proposed. Dirinking water, lake water, fiver water and synthetic samlpe were determined and the results are satisfactary. The sensitivity of nitrate and nitrite increase 8~18 and 9~12 times than other simutaneous determination method respectively. The detection limits of nitrate and nitrte are all 0.01μg/mL.
