摘要
在企业技术创新过程中,同时设计与运作多个创新项目或替代方案(创新项目群)是现代企业的主流创新模式。本文运用系统论思想和GERT网络理论,通过对这一企业技术创新主流模式的剖析,揭示了该模式中各项目之间的组合规律,提出了企业技术创新项目群的串联、并联和混联这三种不同的组合模式。在此基础上,本文构建了企业技术创新项目群的风险与周期评估的组合GERT网络模型,并给出了相应的算法。
Multi-projects or replaceable solutions of bringing forth new ideas design and operation is main model of bringing forth new ideals of modern enterprise technology. The paper proclaims that there is objective make up laws among projects, and poses that there are three sorts of make up models that they are establish ties, parallel connection and series-parallel connection forms on the main model of bringing forth new ideals of enterprise technology. Then, the paper constructs the make up GERT net model of risk and period reviewing on bringing forth new ideals of enterprise technology, and designs algorithm of the model.
