摘要
通过对某水利工程的项目管理实施过程的陈述和探讨,叙述了市场化背景下水利项目管理的内容及施工系统,分析了在当前市场体制下,建立一个公平、有序、健康的水利项目管理体制的重要性。
Combined with one practical water project the management content of water project and construction system in the age of marketization are introduced. In addition, the importance to establish one fair, order and health management system for water project under present market system is discussed.
