摘要
就施工企业如何加强工程造价管理的问题,从工程招投标、施工过程工程造价管理、工程成本分析、工程竣工结算几个环节进行了简述,指出应根据工程项目的实际情况,运用客观规律组织施工,对建设项目的每个环节进行严格的成本控制,以获得最佳的经济效益。
In light of the problem of construction enterprise on the way to strengthen construction cost management, the author illustrates it from engineering bidding, cost management in construction process, construction cost analysis and final account, and points out that man should organize construction with objective law and carry out strict cost control on each link of building project according to practical situation of the project, in order to gain optimal economic benefit.
